    Commoners Started Taking My Castles

These bad boys actually managed to take 3 towns and a castle, would be fun to let them have Calradia entirely but my vassals keep getting the land back so :/

Happy to see that Javelins are useful in Bannerlord multiplayer

    Posted: 15 Jan 2020 07:24 AM PST

I haven't even begun to mess with hold fire and open fire, but the throwing javelins seem to deal decent damage against unshielded troops as well as horses. Ai seems to be good at waiting for units to be in range as well.

My medium infantry have fared quite well several times against cavalry by going into shield wall and hitting each incoming horse with a few javelins. Also defeated an archer unit by charging in loose formation and my troops all tossed javelins when in range, killing about half their troops before distance was closed

Will the Bannerlord allow us to play an evil/outlaw/bandit character like you can play with the hideout in Viking Conquest?

I'm wanting to start a new playthrough on prophecy of pendor

    Posted: 15 Jan 2020 03:01 AM PST

However, I just don't have the time to grind the early game anymore and I've done too many times now.

However, I have recently installed tweakmb for the first time and I'm wondering if anyone has any tweaked POP playthroughs to make the game a little less time consuming but still rewarding.

(gekokujo) What troops should be used for certain situations?

    Posted: 15 Jan 2020 10:23 AM PST

The spearmen are way weaker in comparison to the samurai, but as they are spearmen they cant do jack about forts. Id heard good things about the elite onnabushi (elite tier female merc) and how good they were at sieges and cheap but they proved to be a hassle to recruit and train. What troops are best to leave as garrison?

In general which troop types dyou guys specialise for which situations

Sorry if bad english , i am very tired

Is there any way to raise relations with a lady without dedicating tournaments to her?

    Posted: 14 Jan 2020 04:07 PM PST

Speaking of Warband here. This lady I am trying to court and marry doesn't have any quests or anything, and dedicating tournaments is time consuming and difficult since it only yields 2 relationship points

Her father gave me his blessing and I own one town right now, if that helps at all

P.S. everytime i try to tell her I adore her our relationship drops from 2 to 0 and she gets freaked out

    Divide and conquer

    Posted: 14 Jan 2020 09:38 PM PST

So we've just about wiped the swadians off the face of calradia, they have but a few castles left in their possession.. I am with the nords and have 1 City, 2 castles and 4 fiefs, money isn't a struggle for me as I just loot the villages of Lords who raid mine, my main concern is how do I raise relationships with Lords faster because it honestly takes way to longer then it should and my second question is, we are at war with the kherjit khanate and I have just about wiped out 1,000 of their soldiers which wasn't my intention, I just wanted to raid a few villages and out come all the kherjit khanite Lords uping themselves only to get completely slaughtered, but before they started attacking my fiefs like crazy I never attacked their fiefs, so I had enough and started attacking back but is there major consequences for attacking their fiefs like another faction waging war against us because of it??

What are you go to troops?

    Posted: 14 Jan 2020 04:24 PM PST

So I am kinda starting in warband, I've actually played in the past but not this much and this "immersed" and would like to know what are your go to troops to get regardless of faction roleplay, like what factions archers should I avoid? are rhodoks sharpshooters only good for sieging? that kinda stuff.

    Thanks fellas.

    In the name of Jerusalem

    Posted: 14 Jan 2020 02:17 PM PST

    So I tried this mod.

And holy shit, is it great. The great sieges. the immersive battles. and the fucking stuttering and low fps issues.

I have a ryzen 2700 overclocked to 3.8 GHZ and it still lags like hell on 100v100 battles due to warband engine using only a single core for most of its needs. I heard that linux has 64 bit support where you can probably run something like 500 vs 500 battles without fps issues, but does windows have the equivalent?

When do you get an option to attack a castle/town?

    Posted: 14 Jan 2020 11:13 PM PST

I just broke off from my faction and want to take one of their poorly-defended castles from them. But even though I have 0 relations with them it gives me no options to besiege it...
