    Back at it again

    Posted: 03 Feb 2021 07:53 AM PST

Here it is! The 7th installment of the fan-made 'A Bannerlord Tale' series. Even Taleworlds themselves gave it a shout out on twitter! If you like Bannerlord, I believe you'll love this. Feedback welcome.

<Mods> is there any prokect to make a mod with more quests type?

    Posted: 03 Feb 2021 06:05 AM PST

something great would be a way to contact this mod maker to propose some quest type. it would be cool because right now the quests are good but really repetitive in the long run. i'm not talking about big quest like the banner or anything but small quest like bring tools to this village or cows etc etc

PSA: In sieges you can "store" catapults and trebuchets and release them at the same time

    Posted: 02 Feb 2021 04:15 PM PST

PSA: I was today's year's old when I realized that during sieges you can build a catapult, or trebuchet "store" it, and when you have 4 release them at the same time.

During a siege, when the catapult is finished click on it and select"store it". When 4 are done, release them and city defences will be gone soon

    To many menus in bannerlord

    Posted: 02 Feb 2021 10:34 PM PST

    To much menu interaction

I was a huge fan of war band. Not only for the medieval everything's shroud in war vibe but for the immersion. Especially interacting with the vassals and your relationships mechanics (albeit crude and obsolete by now) you got a sense of their personalities their family their overall style. Now to cast a vote, raise an army, etc you just do it through menus. The clan menu could've been replaced by talking to your brother (who dose basically absolutely nothing at the moment.). Raising armies could've been the same tell a follower to send a note. But now it's all these sleek modern menus, that I think break immersion. At least the menus in war band were on parchment paper! What do you guys think?

TLDR: To many menus which could be easily swapped for a more immersive experience

How do you increase the prosperity of a town you don't own?

    Posted: 02 Feb 2021 08:40 PM PST

I asked this a long time ago, and didn't really get a good answer so I'm hoping one of you guys have it now. I just want to get a coat of plates but there isn't one single Vlandian city above 4000 prosperity, I don't own any cities and I don't really know what to do about it. I'd atleast like to get a coat of plates before this campaign is effectively over and the Khuzait horde sweeps the map but it isn't looking like a realistic goal right now. I don't want to cheat one in, and I already have a wife that I don't want to divorce (if that's even an option) so it looks like my only option is somehow getting a Vlandian city to about 6000 prosperity which is what I've seen looks like is around the value where they start spawning. Any way to do that?

    Medicine perk ~ companions?

    Posted: 02 Feb 2021 07:29 PM PST

Does the final perk for Medicine (Minister of Health; Your troops get +1 hit point for every 2 skill points above 200 medicine skill) add health to your companions as well?

Thanks for your time in replying.

Troop Morale from Fighting Native Nation (Bannerlord)

    Posted: 02 Feb 2021 05:44 PM PST

I was just wondering if troops lose morale from fighting their own faction? (i.e. if I lead a band of Vlandian Knights, will they lose morale from attack Vlandian villages/armies?)

So I've a save with several hundred hours on it, but when I try to load from it the game closes. Is there anywhere to report/fix this?

So you will destroy city defences pretty quickly

Is anyone else experiencing long loading times in 1.5.7 beta ?

    Posted: 02 Feb 2021 11:00 AM PST

Updating to 1.5.7 beta resulted in UI elements loading time to drasically gone up, instead of half a second it takes 3-4 seconds to open character sheet.

Did any of you also encountered such issues ?

144hz not working in full screen? (Bannerlord)

    Posted: 02 Feb 2021 05:35 PM PST

Hey guys I'm using a 144hz monitor and it will not let me apply 144hz while in full screen, it automatically defaults me back to 60hz every time. I did for awhile have a 60hz 2nd monitor and I know that can cause an issue but it is no longer connected.

Quick question on the Aserai Bonus

Does the caravan cost reduction affect only the starting 15k or does it also reduce the "maintenance" cost that you pay each day?

I always play first person, and was quite surprised that so many people use TP.
