    What to expect?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 06:19 AM PST

Hey! Didn't play the Bannerlord since April and want to revisit it. Is there any big changes to the game since April? What to expect?

Any idea on when we could get more battle map variety? [Bannerlord]

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 05:52 AM PST

I have to honestly say, that the one thing that puts me off from enjoying the game to it's full potential is the lack of diverse battle maps. All battles pretty much take place on the few same maps/enviroments over and over. Did Taleworlds ever say anything about adding more battle maps, or is there atleast a mod that adds a few?

Is there a way/mod to train troops that isnt killing looters over and over again ? I have an army of 100 recruits and can't do anything with them now.

    Radagos, future companion?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 10:57 AM PST

As the title says would you want him as a companion aka better the devil you know or penitent sinner, making up for past crimes, I kinda want him as a companion and always spare him, he keeps his word so I keep mine etc

Any idea as to why the updates slowed down so much recently?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 06:44 AM PST

Just looking at the bigger updates, there were like 4-5 updates in August and September, and since then, there have only been two major updates. Are they preparing something big, or something hapen?

Do you need to Garrison yourself as a Vassal?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 09:54 AM PST

Do I need to Garrison my Castles and cities myself when I am a Vassal, or does the Kingdom I am part of do that for me?

    dickplomacy mod?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 09:00 AM PST

So I decided to download mountblade on my pc (was on ps4 but I feel like you can't get the wholesome experience on console). I really like the vanilla version, so a mod that is basically a more enhanced vanilla , i.e not just enhanced graphics but also other features, would be ideal. I heard a lot about dickplomacy, it appears that it is basically the diplomacy mod+ more. Is this a good mod for someone who is not just interested in the adult content, but rather, getting a more enhanced experience on all fronts? If there's a better mod thats based on the vanilla then lmk. BTW can I still use my ps4 controller for these mods (i heard the controller works for the regular vanilla). AND BTW WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE ERASED CENTURY?

Haven't checked in for a while - what is the state of the game?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 08:53 AM PST

When Bannerlord first dropped I sunk over 100 hours into it in the first few weeks. It got a little dull with the lack of quests, character development, kingdom management, etc. I am really just trying to figure out what the hell is actually going on since the change logs are a mile long at this point.

I see that there has been a log of bug squashing, the perk chart is mostly activated now, there is mod support and a growing community (mostly Romanophiles it seems). it feels like there are about as many features available as Warband's base game but the modding scene hasn't quite gotten to total conversions yet which is kind of what I'm waiting for. Also some of the original exploits are still in the game, which I can just ignore if I want. My question is, is the game at a point where you could call it mostly finished? Obviously the devs are passionate about updates and fixes but is the game close to officially exiting the Early Access stage?

    Best Mod ive ever played.

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 12:17 AM PST

Hey guys. Although Bannerlord is out I've been playing a ton of Warband after finding a mod on the workshop. Its called Aut Caesar Aut Nihil and its honestly the best mod ive ever played, and ive played a lot of them. Its set during Nero's reign and it's probably the most fleshed out mod ive ever played. Ive played it for nearly 30-40 hours and still haven't discovered all of the features. It adds a ton of content I can't even explain it all. Ill quickly sum up my campaign at the moment to try and explain it a bit. I started off as a runaway slave, eventually after exploring the city of Rome and visiting its sights I decided to leave and join Legio X Fretensis. I worked my way up for ages, eventually we were sent into Dacia where we fought a lot of battles, eventually the Legion was decimated in an ambush. I managed to escape. After gathing my bearings I snuck into the Dacian capital and rescued the Legate of my legion(Flavius Vaspasianaus), he congratulated me and promoted me to tribune, we went and re raised Legio X Fretensis, after getting vengeance on the Dacians Vespasian allowed me to lead my own Ala(Cavalry wing) free of the legion. After getting good relations with Nero and recovering the Eagle lost at teutoburg forest, I found out that a governor wasn't to favoured by his subjects in Massalia, After some conspiring Nero gave me the Province. Dacia was fully pacified but Nero was growing more and more disliked, and I was attending Senate meetings often and had gained a lot of support. I made good friends with Kaeso Flavius, the Leader of the Praetorian Guard and with a lot of bribes, I had Nero killed and myself put in his place, a small civil war took place but after a week everyone accepted me as the new emperor. Currently I have enacted a bunch of reforms and have sent multiple expeditions into China and Africa, currently trading with the Kushan Empire. There was a million more things I did but it's probably the funnest mod ive ever played, oh, and I also raised my own personal Legion, Legio XIII Iovia, which is completely customisable all the way down to what each Legionary wears. I really hope you guys check it out. Ive been in contact with the dev and there is possible hopes of it being moved to bannerlord in the future. If you guys give it a go id love to hear your experiences :)

EDIT: I would heavily advise checking the notes ingame and looking at game concepts at it Explains a lot about what to do and how the mod/politics works.

    Mount And Blade vs Kenshi

    Posted: 11 Dec 2020 12:49 PM PST

    Afternoon all!

I am a HUGE Kenshi fan and have heard that Mount And Blade is similar to Kenshi. Can anyone who has played both confirm or deny this?

Looking to buy another Sandbox game, this maybe it.

    Crash on F6 Command

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 02:39 AM PST

As the title says, I crash about 3-6 seconds after using the F6 Command in battles, but not with charge F3 or advance F4. I have many mods but I'm not home right now to list them.

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this peoblem, native or modded. I'm on 1.5.4 stable.
