    New to game, How to start own kingdom.

    So I assembled the Dragon banner and talked to one of the person, but I didn't start the next quest as I left to just build up my army. After joining a few factions and capturing se castles, I return to the quests page to try and start my own kingdom but its just marked as completed and says "you succefully assembled the Dragon banner of calradia."

    What does that mean?

    Game gets stuck for a moment and then resumes when I enter or exit places, including battles.

    After the lag it quickly tries to catch up when it resumes so everything moves quickly although I can pause it so commands are going through. I don't understand why this happens or how to solve it, it didn't use to do this, it's nothing gamebreaking just annoying. Any help would be appreciated.

    Has anyone hound a way to change scars/facepaint after the barbers were added to the game? It seems like pressing V to change appearance no longer works, and I haven't found any barbers willing to paint/cut my dudes face.

    Is there a mod to tell armies and lords to attack certain objectives?

    In my campaign it would be extremely useful to tell the other armies to follow me or attack a certain city. Does anyone know of a mod that accomplishes this?

    Warband mod name

    I used to play this mod set in the victorian revolution period and cant for the life of me remember it. All I remember is it had a revolver the leader of the the one of the Russian Factions is Tsarina Katya Federov

    So you can make swords that sell for 100k?
