    Recently picked up game and all DLCs, how to build a large army?

    I have looked around on the internet but have found varying answers. Some advices say just train the freeholders whilst other just hire Svear warriors, spearmen, etc en masse from mead hall . I've heard that the freeholders level up to some really strong units but it takes ages for even 1 of them to level. Should i just go hire at mead hall instead?

    Currently, my army size usually hovers around the 50 range but usually i put around 20 in refuge. I have 3 businesses and that makes the upkeep of my army practically free. Tho, I think if i increase the size to 200, i would go bankrupt really quick(i only have 20k money ) . Do i just have to keep running trade route and open more businesses?

    Can you make any lord a king?

    I just started playing mount & blade warband and I was wondering if anyone knows if any vassel can be a king. Cuz I know the player can and there's a few claimants who can but what about the regular lords of a faction?

    I've been having a ton of fun in the beta. Makes me have high hopes for Bannerlord.

    If the singleplayer is as satisfying as multiplayer I think Taleworlds will have really hit it out of the park. Ofc we'll take it as it comes but I'm impressed.
