    White textures (helmets_new_d) turn bright red?

    No idea why, but IIRC, this has happened before. In game, the items using the helmets_new_d texture are a bright, saturated red (which doesn't look that bad for the arming cap and headcloth actually, only problem is I still want the original white color, besides that the wimples should be white). The textures themselves are white (normal) when I open them up in GIMP, but are red in OpenBRF. Was there some update error or something, or did I do something without realizing it? I was messing with mod resources, but I didn't change any Native content, textures or otherwise, so I don't see how I could have done anything to cause this, unless there was some trigger that I set off by merely opening them up, but I doubt that.

    EDIT: I think it has something to do with the Rising Sun mod. There's a rope-belt-thing that officers and generals would wear (dunno what it's called), and normally the one in question would be white, but there were others that used the same textures, but were red. Not sure what to do now. I removed the red ones and replaced them with the white ones, but it doesn't seem like anything has changed. I'm at least pretty sure that is what caused it.

    Is it possible to make the hired soldiers from the mercenary's guild your kingdom's standard units, so that they're recruitable from villages?

    I played the mod some time ago and managed to make some starting money by trading salt and furs. Since the new updates this seems not quite profitable anymore. Does anyone have an idea what to do to get some money to buy enterprises, etc?

    Looking for a mod featurning european warfare in ~1870

    G`day, fellow C Raiders!

    I enjoy playing L`Aigle at the moment and was wondering if there is a mod that lets you play in Europe at about 1860/70 at the same "level" with all the great detailed uniforms and stuff. I know there is that cowboy mod but it is "just" for the U.S. and "The Parabellum" is set ~40-50 years later and also takes place in Calradia.

    Can I send rescued prisoners straight to garrisons?

    I besieged this castle that had less than 60 defenders that were holding 104+ prisoners. I was hoping I could use those men to man the garrison after I conquered the castle. After I won my casualties were quite low so I didn't have enough space to hire new members to my party, but I wanted to save every prisoner because now they have just vanished into thin air. It's quite irritating from an immersion perspective, 104 prisoners just disappear. They weren't even back in the prison cells after I occupied the castle.

    Is there a mod that lets you switch prisoners to a garrison without having to make space for them in your party, only to send them back to the EXACT place that they just came from?

    Swadia holds no fiefs yet lady isolla isnt queen and we're still at war?

    I cant seem to talk to her or harlaus about peace. In my game other wars had reduced swadia down to just dhirim and its surrounding castles which we have conquered. Am I not winning the war because I need all of the previous fiefs Dead Is no longer holds? How is swadia still a faction?

    Edit: I needed to wipe out the remaining armies but the nords did it for me
