Know what would be cool? If battles happen that are so massive or glorious, the system would give it a name, and it would be talked about by everyone.

    Posted: 14 Mar 2020 11:22 AM PDT

Like, let's say you participate in an extremely bloody battle and some how win against overwhelming odds, the system would somehow pick a naming scheme for it, and the battle would be named, Like for a very generic example you fight a battle near a random down called "Pikes peak" It would be called "The battle of pikes peak" Ect. Or hell, units that perform so well in a battle could get named.

maybe that is too much but I think it'd be sick.

So a bit ago I made a comment about "injecting warband's meme culture into bannerlord multiplayer"... And uh....

This f*kcing piece of shiet defected right before their siege, joined them and left me fend off 1500 tropps, including him, with almost 200 troops ( the town has 15 mans :d )

M&B II: Bannerlord (Beta) GPV NC #1: First Person Combat Gameplay

    Posted: 14 Mar 2020 10:17 AM PDT

Hi all! I'm excited to say that I've just created and uploaded my first YouTube video, and (after playing Warband for >1k hours) I'm very happy that it is Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord content!

Please give it a view if interested; I'd also be very grateful for constructive criticism! I don't have much of an eye for design or editing, so I've got a long path ahead as I continue to create more content on Stuff I Like!

Bannerlord- Thrown Javelins as melee do more damage than spears?!?

    Posted: 14 Mar 2020 10:02 AM PDT

Why is this allowed to be a thing? I literally do more damage if I just use a throwing weapon as a spear?!?

most spears do around 27 damage one handed while most thrown weapon do anywhere from 29 to 32 damage one handed. not a lot but that's the difference between one and two handing the spears. so you getting 2 handed damage but can still hide behind your shield. downside is length but lets be honest long things tend to get you killed in mount and blade melees.

The empire is prob the worst offender of em all with decently long throwing spears that are basically better options than the default spears! im actually able to take down a charging heavy calv in one thrust compared to just using the spear!

just a rant by me praying for spears to be more useful. Not much of an anti calv weapon when other bigger axes and swords do your job better and are more versatile/doesn't mean death if someone is right in front of you

Is campaign coming in the initial release?

    Posted: 14 Mar 2020 03:32 AM PDT

Just wondering if campaign single player mode is coming out on the initial release? None of the preview gameplay vids appearing mention it even exists, so just wasn't sure if it's still in.
